-Your nameWe have a group booking at Hotel Presidentti in Helsinki downtown. If you stay at Hotel Presidentti during the workshop, the workshop organizers will manage your hotel reservation. If you wish to stay elsewhere, you have to organize your accommodation by yourself and cover the costs.
Europlanet will cover the accommodation costs for two nights (Wed-Thu and Thu-Fri) for contributing workshop participants.
Please note that there are limited number of Europlanet sponsored hotel nights available and they will be distributed on a first registered, first served basis.
